It reduces the administrative hassles of managing manual processes in attendance tracking and eliminates mistakes. Event-Attendance Pro is a very affordable event attendance software that can be customized to fit your needs.
The Starter Kit comes with RFIDeas 82 series Mifare card reader to log attendees via their credentials and 50 Mifare cards. Everything you need to register and track attendees. Other card versions available - contact us for details.

Use Attendee or ID badges to Sign-in
Event-Attendance Pro is designed to work with employee or ID badges making attending your event as easy as opening a door. No more sign in sheets with unreadable names or manual tracking. Now all an attendee needs to do simply touch his badge to the reader and a time stamped record of his attendance is logged.
Create Unlimited Events
Using the calendar feature, this software allows you to create unlimited number of events. Create a one-time, all-day or even a recurring event. You can also have a closed event where only specific individuals are allowed to sign-in.
Easily Upload Attendee Information
While you can enter attendee information manually, Event-Attendance Pro has the added convenience of uploading data in easy simple steps. Extract information from your existing database, format it to a comma-delimited file, and simply upload the file to the software.
Capture Guests Information
For attendees that you consider to be guests at your event, this software makes it possible to track their attendance as well. Simly assign them a badge ID and swipe the card. The application will automatically compare the tag on the card with the Badge ID.
Track Attendance Manually
Event-Attendance Pro allows you to track attendance manually in case your proximity card reader or an attendee badge is unavailable.
Reports
It is easy to generate reports with Event-Attendance Pro. Select a report, provide dates criteria, and then run! Event-Attendance Pro comes with three basic reports: All Events, Events With Attendees and Attendees With Events.
